The blog is great :) if you're looking for more coverage and followers, I'd suggest googling beauty/fashion blogs, there are so many great ones, being sure to follow bloggers on twitter and get involved in convos and they'll follow back and start seeing ur blog link.
also something I do is go to other blogs such as llymlrs.com who get a lot of comments, and clicking on all the commenters, checking their blogs out and following good ones and leaving comments. in turn a lot of them will visit yours too and follow :) good luck! xxx
